A comeback is a comeback and if you bring up my child, I’ll bring up someone personal to you. It’s not that hard to grasp.

Wes didn't even bring up her daughter tho if we're being honest. He said Day's being a bad role model for her daughter but he never said anything about her specifically. So Day would just look stupid if she started going in on his wife that she doesn't know.

i missed the episode was it worth watching

yes

Ash was right though, these two teams in a physical elimination would have been awesome.

It was kinda boring tbh. Some slight Cara/Paulie/Kyle drama, but mostly game drama with Hunter being stupid. Challenge was cool and the elim was alright but nothing mindblowing imo.

When Ashley M & Britni did the same thing to Day everyone was down their throats. Like I said y’all need to keep the same energy.

He didn't bring her up. His comment was about DA'VONNE not her daughter.

As I said, when Ashley m & britni did it. It was a huge problem so KEEP THAT SAME ENERGYYYY. I said what I said what tf I said and no one is going to check me about it.

Yeah, this is like that thing with Devin/Bananas. Wes' comment was an insult to Da'Vonne, not her daughter. Bananas' comment was an insult to Devin, not his dad. I am not saying either was a good remark (both were certainly insensitive), but it isn't really accurate to say Wes brought Day's daughter into it or that Bananas brought Devin's dad into it. At most they were indirect mentions. It certainly isn't the same as actually insulting Day's daughter or Devin's dad.

more cara/paulie/kyle trash? i hope ratings fall this week

Who's y'all? Cause honestly all these times people have said something about Day's daughter, they've just been jabs at Day herself.

Is it weak insult? Sure, but I don't think anyone has directly said "Your daughter's ugly!" or shit like that where something is actually said ABOUT her daughter.

You're coming at the wrong person, cause I wasn't one of those people that said it was a huge problem.

If anyone's confused on the technicalities, I'll spell it out for them: Don't bring up people's kids or their parenthood into arguments.

You're gonna tell me Wes is really that concerned over the well-being of Da'Vonne's kid? He did that to hurt her because he knew that was where it was gonna get her the most. It was a low blow and a cheap shot. Period.

Wes shouldn't have spoke on her as a mother and the example she's setting for her daughter. I can see if she was acting acting a complete mess, but she wasn't ..he said it because he THOUGHT it would make her go off and for THAT reason he's trash in this situation. PERIOD

Now let’s see if people come at y’all the same way they came at me. Oh wait they won’t because they see people agree with my claim.

No one is denying the bolded. But y'all are saying Wes brought her child up when it was CLEAR that he never said anything directly about the kid, just that Da'Vonne is being a bad role model for her.

You're going to villainize him regardless, so it's whatever

This is a well-reasoned and well-stated criticism of the remark.

Y'all can never think objectively lol

For being one of the shortest girls, Georgia looked like she jumped the farthest. Mattie obviously has the longest reach but Georgia looked like she outjumped Hunter a few times.

Maybe I watch too much battle rap or whatnot and am not sensitive to this stuff but I wasn't offended by any of what Wes said in the least. It wouldn't even got a Don Demarco or a bang bang from me.

I clearly stated in my post that you don't bring up another person's children OR their parenthood. << Read the bolded. That includes, but not limited to, "being a bad role model for your daughter."

Wes was in the wrong in this situation. I don't hate Wes. He's one of my faves. But I can acknowledge when he was wrong and he was wrong in this situation.

I'm more offended by instead of owning that he was trying to get a rise out of her, he lied on her saying she threatened his life and that's why he made the comment.. Only two other people who were there spoke on it, Dee says she doesn't remember if Day said that and Kam said Day, for sure, never said that..

I don't think Wes was wrong at all, but the key in here is consistency. Different people have different lines.

Oh so now he's LYING on Day now? That just makes it worse.

Again, I'm not saying he wasn't wrong. I'm saying you and everyone else were up in arms about a comment that had nothing to do with the kid.

For me, I have no issue with the matter unless he comes for the child, but to me, you were upset in this thread and the last thread that he brought up the kid. Now, you're saying parenthood shouldn't be spoken on at all.

For being one of the shortest girls, Georgia looked like she jumped the farthest. Mattie obviously has the longest reach but Georgia looked like she outjumped Hunter a few times.

Georgia's not one of the shortest, she's 5'10"

Big difference when you're bringing up a dead relative

People came at you for saying Day should have come for Wes' wife, which was just a dumb thing to say
