Joanna looks like the most energetic of the bunch I feel she'd translate well. Especially, this being set in Atlanta I see her making the most of the location.
Michelle has potential but I feel her place would be dependent on the rest of the cast. If that makes any sense.
Clint was just boring to me? And, I already know he's going to win the vote. I guess he could have a fish out of water moment or some "epic" love storyline but that's dependent on the other cast members too.
They knew exactly what they were doing throwing that man in with those interesting ethnic women. That’s literally what people want on this show but they throw this hillbilly in to get their narrative. The want him on so he could say something ignorant and have black twitter in a uproar. Why else would they want someone from a farm who lives in a populationof1K?
Exactly plus they portrayed him as a perfect non-confrontational attractive southern gentleman. Hopefully the rest of the cast is fun and diverse.
& this is why I never got interested in this getting picked yo on another format because I knew they would pull some mess. Tbh I live in Michigan and i’ve never heard of potterville before so it’s gotta be nothing going on in that town which also means probably a good amount of.......
mm i’m good on this whole thing, its clear where this season is headed & what they are about to do.
They should have Cam from AYTO7 on this season if they're still looking for a conservative person. But only if they have some other black people to call him out.
i think it's funny that ya'll claim location doesn't really matter because they're stuck in the house all the time etc. but are raving at this being atlanta and want an all/mostly all black cast solely bc of the location. I'd wager it's 2 black roomates tbh thinking it's any more is setting yourself up to be let down and pissed off.

I don't ever recall saying the location didn't matter. I'm saying the same thing I've been saying since I've joined this site several years ago. Atlanta is called the Black Hollywood and majority of the shows that film here have a predominitely black cast. It would only be pure stupidity to film here and have two black roommates. I'm not setting myself up for a let down because I don't have to watch if the cast is trash.
Again the fact that it's in Atlanta could work against them since they will probably want more fish out of water storylines. Like I said before, they tend to do this, look at bad blood with a city with a low black population vs skeletons with one of the highest in the country. Other places with large black populations like New Orleans, DC, ST Thomas. Hell real world Brooklyn had more mormons than black people

It will definitely work against them when people hear Real World: Atlanta and get hyped only to see two tokens. I know if see that with the first cast spotting my interest will diminish whereas I might be open to actually helping fund the cast if they do this right.
I havent be keeping up until yesterday when I saw that video. When does this start filming?
Maybe around late March or early April? Because they said this season will be release this Spring.
Justice for Michelle and Johanna :(
Are they airing it while filming it?

Even from his name, clint just screams stereotypical country boy.
Apparently March 11-May 25
And we get Clint the next day. How convenient
So next week?

Im confuse.. because MTV said this season releasing this spring unless they do it like Big Brother/Love Island type of filming
With Joanna being apart of the whole vote thingy.. I hope that means they already have the 2 black people they want and she’s a potential third
They should have Cam from AYTO7 on this season if they're still looking for a conservative person. But only if they have some other black people to call him out.
Two? More like she better be the fourth or fifth potential black roommate with this being in Atlanta.

Duh!! But knowing them they will only put 2 Black people in.
OK but who said location didn't matter?

Right? They better NOT disrespect the Atlanta brand name with some foolishness.
I remember them saying something like find out who gets voted in and how they do in May so maybe filming soon and airing in May?

I still think all the people on the poll should have been cast smh
Ugly. I’m gonna drag him all season ❤️
Congrats
We still gonna support this already tragedy? Or are we just wait until the the entire cast come out and then go from there?
