Idk I’ve watched Wes’ lives and he doesn’t seem entitled. He’s said that’s just a piece of a reality tv puzzle and has complemented plenty of rookies for what they bring to the show and the potential of the program moving forward.
He uses them obviously because only a stupid vet would be so hung up to not try and scoop up fresh numbers but he’s not as entitled as a John
