People just like their faves for different reasons that don't appeal to everyone. Literally anyone on this show can have a person stanning them no matter how irrelevant or boring. And it's not just a Jenna stan thing. You can see this anywhere in a stans natural habitat. Also I think people just like a rootable nice girl who can also compete to an extend. Not everyone looks the over the top cast members to root for.

Cutthroat, aside from Swat, had physical eliminations so that's not a bad thing.
I think she meant people are playing more of a ruthless game and not playing scared and are truly playing to win.
