Ahh see here’s what I’m talking about now I see where your angle is coming from. Projection. I believe it was ChallengeSonething who called him the first Asian winner in a while by race that’s what sparked the following comments some by me showcasing the difference between the 3 terms (Race, Nationality, Ethnicity) at no point did anyone even remotely insinuate that him being white was even a negative. That’s on you baby not the room
Not true. Here being a POC is regularly praised as something positive for a variety of reasons. Technically, we just got an Asian winner, but still some people don't really want to count it because why? He looks white. That's at least the vibe I got as I scanned.
I just find it weird that sometimes their look/skin color matters more to some than actual hardships and such. That's the vibe I get sometimes from this site and I know I'm not the only one.

what or why someone supports something for representation should not matter to you I know I don't give a whole ****. We're railing off the topic because this is specifically about Turbo and no one once said or insinuated anything negative about him for being White. We legitimately just had a somewhat civil discussion about it because a lot of people are not educated on the difference of those 3 words or that you can be from an "Asian" continent Nationally and still be White Racially. It was a teaching moment that you personally took to heart and I don't know why ****

Hmm well maybe I skimmed too quickly but it just seemed like it was just being dismissed as he's just another white winner? I'm not trying to come off harsh or confrontational but I guess it's just something I noticed once in a while on this site and don't really understand (how someone looks vs their nationality).

you're good and for that last part its pretty much goes like this. Race is a societal concept mostly based on ancestry and distinct physical characteristics it's a visual thing while Nationality is simply put where you rolled the dice to be born and raised. Ethnicity is also in there but based on Culture like Hispanics where as we've seen there are Black, White, etc Hispanics. I could go on if you ever wanted more but Let me stop because I know the mods seeing us both like "didn't we lay out those commandments already!!" So we better stop before they come for us
Day keeps following everyone except Bear, hopefully they got along enough to not hate each other becuase if she's dragging him in her recaps lmaoo but Day also likes to tease her fans even though we already know the shit so he probably won't exist until partners are officially released
But why tf did they bring a survivor contestant thats not even American? I don't want to read subtitles every episode
Well that non-American whopped everyone's *** so maybe that's why, they wanted competition and in my opinion his english is pretty intelligible, I feel like I have more of a hard time trying to understand whatever e.g Bear is trying to say half of the time.
Now would be a perfect time to reintroduce Thomas back into the fold since they want to be stupid with Abe.
and turn the paulie cara kyle love triangle into a love square giving it even more screen time. **** no
I like Cara, but even I gotta say heck no! Plus Abram is way too volatile to not hand Paulie and Kyle their heads on a pike if they disrespected Cara. He may not like her anymore, but he would still stand up for her.

I'm gay so I'll root more for gays unless they annoy me. Simple as that. I'm sure it's the same for others with regards to skin color.
lol stop you know i <3 you it's just a genuine question directed at everyone
Lmaooooo it's reciprocated. I'm not speaking on it b/c it's already off topic & it's all time-wasting at the end of the day.
What's interesting to probably only me is turbo lived in boldom at one point which is the same place seasons and bloodlines were flimed.

Like half the cast isn't American what... are you talking about
believe it or not, people outside the US also speak english
I wish Thomas would have tweeted that Paulie's gf gave him a********
Dee commented under Bananas IG post “Gingers rule” lol
Are people honestly that stupid that they'd believe production would pair someone up with a person who doesn't speak english?

LOL
Legend.
Theo followed Cara
....proving once again that he has taste.
oop, also Cain ain't following no **** body. He's probably just waiting tbh
Unless you're white--then it's racist
Nany all up in Kyle’s comments, smashing/dating Hunter. Baby it’s not looking good
How do you guys even know who starts following and who stops following on SM
I can barley figure out to to do a split post on IG let alone knowing who follows who lol
