Yes, but that deserves context; it wasn't a flat out swim. Wes got tripped up on a lock, no? That challenge wasn't really about swimming speed.
It was untying knots. One was double knotted and he didn't notice so after undoing the first knot he pulled really hard (like you would to untie a shoelace) and that just made the remaining knot really really tight. The only person I know of that can compete with Wes in swimming is Shane.
