From clips Ive seen of Bear I think he could be a face of this show. I didn't think his competition skill would match his personality but he was top 4(allegedly) in the first challenge so he could be a great addition
I still like Cara. but one of the problems with making her the female face of the show is that she acts like the political aspect of the game is beneath her. And because she's held out as the top female on the show, the fans are left feeling like the women who do play the political game are inferior. Obviously this isn't entirely her fault, since the editors also glorify the men who play the political game, and demonize the women for playing, but her attitude contributes to the problem imo.
