Y’all are reading too muc into it, Pink just said that this season had some twists, she never said they happened the last few days. I don’t see them switching partners this late in the game, if anything they would just make it individual which would be dumb because I think seeing the partner’s dynamics it’s going to be the best part about this season.

They presumably lost an ally in Da'Vonne, and one people likely wanted to go against over them. So, if that side wins a challenge, Paulie or Cara could get voted in. Could be interesting.

I think mid February...maybe it's just me but I wouldn't mind an extra break (2/3 months?) going by before airing this. Final Reckoning went on FOREVER, so I don't want this season to come too quick.
How does the pay work for non-finalists? As in, does Da'Vonne get paid more than Bananas for making it farther and filming more episodes?
you get paid the longer you’re there I’m sure but she wasn’t making more than John because she hasn’t done that many seasons. The base pay goes up the more seasons you’ve done and obviously pets like CT and John get a little more on top of that

To be fair Cara is aligned with like half of the teams lol. I could be wrong but id say Cara would have Paulie, Bananas, CT, Zach, Leroy, Natalie, Da'Vonne and Kam's back before Wes and that doesnt include any teams Theo might be connected to.
Sure, but it's doubtful all of those people were working together, so it would be about where the numbers fell.
My point about Nany not being great wasn't about finals. It was that she made 1 final in 6 seasons whereas Cara Maria made 7 finals in her 12 seasons (and really close to 8/13) and if you count Champs vs. Stars 1 (which in some ways, I do) that'd be 9 finals on 14 seasons. And before anyone talks about how Cara Maria has been coasting to finals recently (which she has, no argument) I think she also has the most elimination wins for women and is close with Aneesa to the most elimination appearances of all time (at least for women) so she's fought her battles. My point is that as an overall competitor, Cara Maria has shown me a lot more than Nany and I barely even consider Cara Maria elite. Nany isn't "top tier" to me. Not to mention the fact that so many elite female challengers just don't do this anymore. (Or as often) I would take A LOT of female challengers over Nany. Straight up.
But let's see how she does this season because she can always show me something she hasn't shown me before.

judging by how nany performed in the free agents final (which is way harder than modern day finals) i think she’d have cara beat tbh.

I hope its not voting a team straight out. It only worked on Dirty 30 and FR because redemption was in play.
I don't get why they cast Liz and Julia on this season. Why not cast one and have them both on a Bloodline season?
