Joss is the worst. Him crying legit made me gag **** And Zzzylvia crying had me sleep. Everyone saying they deserved to win more than Ashley/Hunter clearly missed the part where they ****** themselves over by trusting other teams. They lost and they only have themselves to blame. Hopefully neither return ever again.
They didn't lose because they stepped down they lost because they were in the lead. Lets say they didn't step down and ended up winning that mini challenge? What would have happened? The same exact thing. They would have gotten screwed regardless because they were always in the lead. They were the ony deserving team by far.
Umm they lost by 30 seconds with both Natalie/Paulie and Ashley/Hunter giving them grenades anyway. If they waited for Ashley/Hunter to fall at least, they would have definitely won.
Think Marie knew they were last and just wanted to grenade Paulie because they had a little spat the night before and to give her girls a better shot at winning. She said she also tried to grenade Ashley and Hunter too (probably to help Sylvia). She probably just wanted to **** up someones game for the fun of it since she was already out of the running lol

I think everyone says they deserved it the most since they've been in since the jump, never went to redemption, AND performed well in the final. I agree tho that ****** themselves by trusting Natalie/Paulie.
Yes they missed 2-3 challenges but them joining the game helped both Joss/Sylvia. That was a number for them. And being a co-ed team facing other F/F teams, they benefited from the twists too. Cara/Marie may have gone to redemption but they still competed in every challenge and made the final as an all girl team. They lost terribly in the final but that was to be expected with no equalisers.

But how does benefitting from the twists make them any less deserving? Hunter/Ashley were on their side but at the end of the day that's still one more team in their way that'll effect their chances of winning (which they did). If they were equalizers in the final, Cara/Marie would have benefited just like Joss/Sylvia "benefit" from the twists this season.
Cara/Marie still lost once even if they did all the challenges that they performed poorly in all season. I can't speak for everyone but redemption was BS and teams getting to come back even after they lost eliminations or purges (which are also shitty) sucks. So imo they don't deserve it as much.
The whole season was a mess. Teams were crazy unfair, equalizers were generally non-existent, redemption twist was messy with them changing the rules of it, mercenary twist was dumb (and rigged in regards to Cory&Devin), final was lame and pretty easy.
Fix the format and we could've had an iconic season. Did WAY too much this season and all it did was make it more boring. Still happy Ashley knocked down Bananas and Cara a few pegs with her iconic win though.

Why does benefitting from twists make them less deserving? In other words why does coming in late or staying 4 weeks in redemption make Ashley/Hunter or Natalie/Paulie any less deserving.
My point is that everyone in the final benefited from twists so joss/Sylvia dont inherently deserve it more.

It's true, you can't be mad at them for benefitting from the format. You can only be mad at the format itself.
I think what people are trying to say is that had this been a normal season (no mercenaries or redemption), Joss&Sylvia are the only team that would've been there so they deserve it more.

That's my point. You brought up how Joss/Sylvia benefit from Ash/Hunter coming in like that makes them deserve it any less.
Natalie/Paulie lost three times and got to the final. Like how in any way would they be most deserving to win lol. Ashley & Hunter showed up late & they didn't do all that great in challenges unlike Joss & Sylvia.
If I'm ranking personal list of who all deserved to win from most to least it'd go: Joss/Sylvia > Ashley/Hunter > Cara/Marie >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Paulie/Natalie. Joss/Sylvia deserve it most in my opinion because just bc they performed well all season long and never lost elimination.
"I will punch you in the mother ******* face" wow. a shame we dont see THIS side of cara in the show. Gotta keep up the image for your faces of the show I guess.

That makes no sense. You say Paulia/Natalie dont deserve to win because they lost three times and still made the final, (AKA benefited from twists), but the same doesnt apply to Joss/Sylvia? They both also benefited from the twists so im not sure why they deserve it more in your opinion.

There's a difference between benefiting from a twist of gaining a new ally (which really is just good social game in past seasons) and losing 3 times and making a final. I know you are just trying to discredit Joss/Sylvia but you are blind if you don't think they are far more deserving than any other team.

I mean i just dont understand how you can discredit Ashley/Hunter because of the mercenary twist yet not discredit Joss/Sylvia who also benefited from it. Ash/Hunter would have 100% still been in the final had they been there from the start anyway. Joss/Sylvia also benefited from the f/f teams being weaker the whole season and the lack of any equalisers in the final.
I'm still unclear as to how Ashley was deemed to have had a better overall time than Hunter. From what the editors allowed us to see, it looked like Hunter finished before Ashley in the running parts and it appeared that he ate more than she did. Did Hunter get some penalty minutes against him for falling off the helicopter ladder at the beginning? If so, that might explain the time difference.
I'm personally against these phantom time-based finals since we viewers have no idea what's really going on (and according to what the players were saying last night, neither do they). I greatly prefer a straightforward race from a start line to a finish line where everyone, players and viewers alike, know what's going on.

What twists did Joss/Sylvia benefit from to the extent of Paulie/Natalie did?

She beat him in the first run and in the second run he barely beat her. Also there was a puzzle that they edited out according to Marie.

There's no such thing as "most deserving" on this show.
Cry all you want but Joss and Sylvia lost. They weren't robbed. They were the ones who stepped down from that podium, they were the ones who trusted the wrong people. You can't blame Natalie or Ashley for thinking about #1. You can only blame Sylvia and Joss for letting them do that to them. They got played. They got got. You can cry production manipulation, unfair twists, and the like but facts are facts. Joss and Sylvia were Boo Boo the Fools.
It's not anyone's fault that teams benefitted from twists that production laid out. Everyone benefitted in some way from the twists, even Sylvia/Joss. The goal is to get to the end and win. Doesn't matter if you came in halfway, played in every challenge, or bought a condo in Redemption House. Ashley and Hunter won. It's done, it's over.

at the end of the day, CM was right. It should've been thrown on one of the two other teams lol.

The idea that nobody can cry or show emotion on this show is sad. Like have fun with boting emotionless blobs like Jenna
Jenna cries a lot lol
My point still stands, if someone like Joss shows any emotion he's a cry baby or if he's mad he's just looking for screentime.

Right? Like this shit stressful af and people expect them to just be good the entire time? **** that.

Literally every fan is hypocritical. Cara gets called Cryer Maria on vevmo anytime she cries but Zzzzylvia crying gets almost no attention.

That was more when Cara was crying literally every episode back in the day lmaoo her crying doesn't bother me anymore personally

Go to Twitter or Reddit and you'll see plenty of people bashing her for it.
