JMO--but an adult really can't be bullied...as an adult you should know how to get yourself out of any situation...if you can't that's on you.
But not everybody has personality or the courage to stand up for themselves. It's a social thing, sure, but we'll never live in s time where everyone is comfortable or can get the help they need/want. I'm not sure how it can even remotely be believed that adults can't be bullied, because I've seen grown *** people treat others like you'd see in middle or high school, and I've seen adults feed on other people's insecurities.
Its the common thing to bash everyone who uses the word "bully" but it's honestly getting over the top, because some instances are actual bullying and some people have the right to use the term. That's just my opinion.
People justify body slamming someone on pavement over some pasta, but are up in arms after Bananas loses his cool and low blows Devin after he follows him all around the house harassing him. Devin was TRYING to get a reaction from Bananas, he probably wanted to make Bananas hit him - but he was too composed and knew exactly which button to push to shut Devin up. If I was in his position and Devin was following me around - even though I was trying to walk away from the confrontation, I would've said a lot worse. You can't poke a bear then cry when he mauls you.
Okay, this. I was actually shocked at all the cheers being thrown around about Cory dropping Tony over PASTA... like, both guys are fathers, what if Tony had hit his head just right and suffered brain damage or... idk.... died?? It was absolutely painful for me to watch that scene. But then 3 seconds later, everyone is bugging out about Johnny's comments about Devin's dad after Devin was begging for a reaction. Johnny's comment was absolute trash, there is no denying that. As someone who has a lost their father, that would have hurt the **** out of me too. However, I would be in no way surprised that if I was trying to pick a fight with someone who hated my guts and who had serious beef with me pulled that card on me, knowing its the easiest way to hurt someone without drop kicking them to the ground, like Cory did to Tony, which would result in me getting kicked out a game for $1mill.
My mind is just blown by the logic on this forum. You wanna hate on the casuals mentality of defending Johnny and CM and whoever else all the time (which I agree, is delusional and stupid af), but I also read through several comments justifying dropping someone on their head over pasta........okay.

I mean, Bananas was talking mad shit about Devin when he wasn't there, Devin was trying (too hard) to confront him, Bananas was being a little *****, and then took it too far. Idk if someone talks shit about you behind your back it's kind of common to confront them, but Bananas just wanted to run away and then get way too personal.
I personally obviously think Cory overreacted but it's not like ******* Tony doesn't ask for the shit that happens to him ALL THE TIME. While Devin generally doesn't behave that way so it's hard to compare the situations.

To bully someone the "victim" has to vulnernable. An adult (barring extreme cirumstances) should never be vulnerable. If you don't have the courage to stand up and defend yourself you're going to amount to absolutely nothing in life. Devin and John treated each other poorly--neither one was a victim or bullied. Kids (including those in high school) need protection...an adult doesn't. To each their own but I think saying an adult was bullied is laughable.

Who is defending him?
People like you justifying that by claiming he shouldn't follow him around anatagozing and taunting him to say that. Like no sis
How is that defending Bananas? Just because im not defending Devin, doesnt mean im defending Bananas. You can try to twist shit any way you like but if Devin wanted sympathy, he should've stayed put and mute.
Lol I've seen people on Twitter and reddit say devin was bullying bananas. Imagine being that stupid
lol in that situation he was. BUT, John is the biggest bully of them all and finally got the tables tunred on him and he really can't take it. Devin basically was younger version of John in that situation and John was the ____ (insert any name in here - Paula, Ev, Sarah, etc) recieving the bully treatement from Devin. I in know way ever want to defend John because I think he's a bad person, but Devin was def. being a bully in this situation.

Johnny is literally the only thing this show has close to a bully...... he's not remotely a victim so he it's not bullying.
Possibly unpopular opinion, but I find Marie hilarious. I'm reading her episode recap right now and here are some of my favorite jems:
"We head to the bar/dead restaurant and Cory lets us know DADDY’S EATING GOOD TONIGHT. I’m not usually turned on when someone calls themselves Daddy, but tonight is different. Cory, if you want another baby… I’m potty trained… most nights."
"The only thing I know is that Shane must have taught Nelson a new word this week. Nelson goes on to use the word “amplify” as many times as possible before the end of the episode. Good job Nelly, but can you spell it?"
"John takes full advantage of being “the victim” and tells us that severe emotional traumas can really bring people together. Shut up."
"Her [CM] face is DEAD as she gets up on the platform. I obviously screenshot Cara’s face and immediately set it as her contact picture in my phone."
Losing out on a million dollars because of pasta is bad, but it's not as bad as the girl on amazing race who couldn't go down a wayerslide for a million dollars.
Devin definitely instigated it, provoked and was looking for a reaction, but I reckon he wanted physical and was clearly taken back by that. And so he should be, he deserved a reaction but Johnny is a grown *** man, he should have the restraint and respect to know what doesn't get said. Johnny had every right to react and tear him down in any way imaginable, even physically remove him if he couldn't get away and was allowed, but not say things about that, that was low. And for all that it was pushed by Devin, he was grieving, I've not lost a parent or someone that close but I can't imagine the headspace I'd be in. And when I have lost someone, at times I've been mad and a little ****, I'm not saying it's right but you kind of have to make exceptions. Johnny should have known and been better, he'd run the emotional guantlet that night? Over a reality show when Devins actual life was shattering. Oh and absolutely none of it was bullying! Or anything else, people have had altercations but nobodies been bullied in donkeys that I can remember. And second oh, sod not having spell check, don't make me try and think!
Hopefully bananas tony cory and devin all get blacklisted
throw the whole group away *laufhing but not laughing emoji*

I smirked but I think that could be bad for future seasons. Kayleigh looks like she's done...I think she's completely checked out

I did chuckle when Johnny said "Who put a nickle in ******* Joss" lol
Mr. "8-Mile" tried to have time that day
