Grodner is definitely a bigot. She likes to cast african americans and gays who play into a stereotype that puts them in a bad light. She likes to edit to make them uneducated. She will cover it up until TMZ gets a hold of it and it makes headlines.

I could see Probst casting her for a celebrity edition of Survivor because as much as he sucks he isn’t afraid to cast strong black women, he typically speaks highly of them. Grodner on the other hand avoids strong black women especially after Chima left her shook.
