The Amazing Race is so forgotten lmaoooooo does anybody still watch that shit?

That's probably because CBS keeps jerking it around it seems.

But Side note: Competition RTV does need to make a resurgence. I'm tired of all these houswife-type shows where all it is is just a bunch of women fighting with each other over petty *** shit.

Also: Does anyone remember Ton of Cash that was on VH1?

Solitary should've been a LOT bigger than it was.Endurance, I Love Money & Redneck Island tho. Sad Sad Sad imma need one of these networks to make a new competition show similar to one of these 3 or just bring it back as a whole.

Redneck Island needs to come back. IDK what the hell happened to it.

I looked I up & saw that they officially canceled it smmfhI wanna see it back but without the "Redneck" theme. Just regular people lol The Challenge will be but a distant memory the say it happens.

They canceled it? SMMFH.

That's a damn shame too. One hell of a show.

I just watched a clip of that yesterday & I truly slept on that show lmaooooooo

I wrote it off while it was airing b/c I thought of it as a discount ILM but after that clip & reading how good it actually was over the years, I need to find the time to binge it.

What all of the "Big 3" shows are suffering from is too much production influence (too much Jeff in Survivor's case). All of these shows have forgotten what makes a good season & how to just let shit play out without all the bullshit twists & rigging in too many cases.

All of their best seasons were the ones that really embodied what the shows were originally about. These fools nowadays are trying to keep up with the Housewives, Love & Hip Hops, etc. on addition to not giving a **** what people want to see. All that money spent on crack & none to create a good show. :/

i’ve tried watching like three seasons already but twenty minutes in and i’m already bored

The only things wrong with Survivor, in my opinion, are the pointless twists that end like episode 2 or 3 due to the tribe swap, the stupid twists that take to long, Jeff, and too many idols.

***Update***

And the same location as well.

I don't think I've been able to sit through an episode since the turn of the decade lmaooooooo

The days of Chip & Kim, Uchenna & Joyce, Dustin & Kandice, etc. were when I watched it somewhat consistently.

frfr, HvHvH was really good until producers decided to do the ******* most the last two episodes, and then Ghost Island in general was a ******* mess. and then you have this season of BB which was fire until they decided to add that hacker comp that killed all the momentum the season had.

you would think they would learn by now but nope

for that type of show you need a strong *** cast because otherwise i'd tune in to the travel channel instead and would probably be more entertained

Problem is, Ghost Island, one of the shows worst seasons ever, was one of Jeff's favourite seasons ever. That's what really gives me no hope for the show.

I really hate that they do tribe swaps so damn early. Just defeats the purpose of the initial tribes IMO.

Probst needs to do like Les Moonves and skiddadle

Jeff was misguided by liking Dom and Wendell who were admittedly good players but that clouded him from thinking the season was great when it was just average. Half of the cast was useless and the other people that tried to do something tried too late

Interesting note: in the first 29 seasons,Yul was the only winner who needed and idol or advantage at any point in the game. From 30-36 Mike, Jeremy & Ben all needed idols, Sarah needed her advantage & Michele's advantage of voting out Neal was a big part of her win. That just shows where this game has gone, no skill involved in succeeding anymore, just luck, rigging and finding advantages

Don't forget Donathan and Laurel help ruin the season for everyone. Donathan's first victim was Steph G. Sad

That's Survivor's problem......who the hell cares what Probst likes? Listen to the people who WATCH your shit & are the reason the show has lasted as long as it has.

Survivor does at least attempt to connect with viewers on some level tho (Second Chances) & Survivor casuals have a smidgen of sense lol. The horseshit calling itself The Challenge is a lost cause & they better not dare ever let the casuals pick a season.....they're already letting their favorite pocket ***** named Johnny help ruin the show as it is.

It really does look like John and Cara hand picked this entire veterans line up. Not an ounce of opposition in site

Laurel was a good player but just didn't pull the trigger when she should have. She didn't realize she was playing a third place game.

But yes too many idols and twists for my liking. That and casting killed BB

In this case Second place since she is a power house at the final lol.

Not even, they threw people like Nat T, Stephanie V and Mikayla on there knowing they'd never make it on, not to mention the fact that they probably did rig it since Shane didn't make it on

The casting Director was trying to get Shane back on but yet he didn't :(. Jeff probably did something to keep him off.Second Chance was full of new school players anyways but it was a decent season beside Jeremy playing the sympathy card at FTC.

He wins anyways. Kelley might have given him a run for his money but Tasha & Spencer sucked that season, and Spencer was probably the #1 vote getter so he had a huge fall from grace

Solitary was amazing. As corny as it was at times whodumit was the best

I can't complain about Survivor because it's different every season whereas The Challenge is literally the same cast, same drama, same winners, with a small group of newer players every season. Survivor at least manages to give his a fresh cast the majority of the time and even gives us very unpredictable elimination orders and dramatic tribals. Challenge has had the same tradition of rookies get targeted first and then the underdogs get sent home shortly after while the same people make finals over and over. I'd be lying if I said there weren't weak seasons of Survivor and I'd be lying if I said production on that show doesn't cater to Probst's opinions or their favorites BUT nothing is worse than The Challenge, the show literally caters to Johnny & Cara, you can easily tell this newer cast was handpicked in the favor of those two and their not even that interesting to watch anymore. Also Survivor fans are way more tolerable and always favorite the entertaining players. Challenge fans will bash you if you support anyone that's not Johnny, Jenna, Zach, Cara, CT, and Tori.

John has had his moments. *thinks back to the backpack* i think youd agree w that :P

But this Survivor talk really makes me want to watch this upcoming season though. Although I'm going to watch it anyways. Mainly because of The Mayor of Slamtown will be on so I guess I should say it makes me want to watch it EVEN MORE.

Laurel was a good player but just didn't pull the trigger when she should have. She didn't realize she was playing a third place game.

She works at my company lol.
