Think it's bias. People like Sylvia which = she's a beast/above average. Just like people that aren't well liked on here are seen as not good/average. She's one of my faves too but she hasn't shown to be more than average in my opinion.
That's true. I mean look at her eliminations...People tout that shit but Nelson is undefeated in them yet people shit all over him.(Well Not outright shitted all over..he does have his fans but he don't get enough praise like Sylvia does).
I think the Nelson hate is purely his personality and nothing to do with his record. He’s proven that can do well in a final and even went head to head with Darrell, he’s just a little slow when it comes to puzzles and super emotional lol also he’s not undefeated cause Rivals 3

Sylvia has heart and physical strength (as seen in her elimination against Melissa). She's not a Cara Maria or an Evelyn but she's no Casey either. I agree that she is average with a lot of potential but IF Tori thought Sylvia would be an easy win, That would be foolish of her as it seems like a fair battle between the two. Idk why Tori/Derrick would choose to go against Syl/Joss unless Derrick wanted to go against one of the strongest guys
I'm guessing Derrick's ******* thought he could take Joss lol. Tbh I think Tori is letting Derrick make way too many of the decisions and then just sits back and complains. She's 100% at fault because if you don't like how things are going, then take control instead of just complaining.

I agree with this.. Derrick is ******* terrible no doubt but Wes made it to the end with Casey, Camila got Jemmye to a final. you just have to learn how to work with your partner and Tori isn't doing that she just keeps talking about her rookie record and crying over Derrick

I agree. I really hate the whole concept of Redemption... if you lose an elimination, you should get on a plane and go home, not to another house to wait to get back into the game. I'm also tired of seeing the non-Redemption players try to act shocked that the "eliminated" people are still around... they've been doing this crap for how long now?! But even worse than Redemption is the bringing in of these Mercenaries, who show up at about the halfway point and can end up winning the whole thing. I miss the days when everyone had to have skin in the game from the very beginning to the very end in order to win. I guess I'm just too old school, at least for the demographic that MTV is bending over backwards to attract. I continue to watch The Challenge but I honestly don't enjoy it very much anymore, especially the never-ending house melodrama. I still really enjoy the competition part but I wish there was more of it on each episode.
