I did some research and I think Natalie is cool with everyone this season except Amanda’s group of girls. (Amanda, Kailah, Marie, Ashley, Sylvia)Queen made a lot more friends this season than on vendettas ❤️ And it seems like Nat and Cara are BFFs... i might have to rethink my dislike for Cara.

Lol yes of course. Even HIV is "treated" (not cured but managed so you can't spread it to others) with pills. I'm guessing he had chlamydia (you take 1 pill and it clears up in a week) and I think gonorrhea is another that clears up with a single dose.
And obviously Paulie is gross which is why he had STDs, but you guys should try to be a little more sensitive. Some people get cheated on and end up with STDs. And I worked at a school clinic FYI, that's why I remember some of this stuff.
