That just made me realize that Rivals 1 is probably the closest we'll ever get to legit rivals. That's a damn shame too because that season wasn't all that good tbh.

Him working with John would have been Wes & Kenny part two literally only talkin to each other during competitions, planning to get CT out, and then still hating each other after losing the final

I actually agree with DA. Rivals I feel is VASTLY overrated despite having a decent cast for that time period with LEGIT rivals. Every rivals/vendettas been weaker since because they keep doing the same damn theme when they should rivalries formulate over multiple seasons. Kenny vs Wes spans multiple seasons/years. Now if u subtweet someone you become rivals.

Definitely. That's the direction that Kailah and Cara Maria were heading (and still are), but it takes time. Wes and Kenny went through ups and downs, but always worked against each other in the end. I think that's why they really need to move away from Rivals/Vendettas etc for a while lol

really? I loved it.
There was some good shit about it but honestly all it was was the same exact bullshit we've been getting for awhile in terms of that period of challenges. The Actual Missions all seemed the same, JEK running shit and making the game predictable once again, Drama getting nasty towards the end(although some of it was deserved), the same old ******* regulars that I hated etc. Like I honestly don't see what was so special about that season. Like DAF said it's overrated as ****.

And see that's another thing...A concept like Rivals isn't really something you can do constantly. You have to let rivalries develop and form and I feel like they never did that with Rivals 2 onwards. They just start throwing people together and putting them as Rivals for "Reasons" bascially.

There doesn’t need to be any more themes surrounding Rivals or Exes for a while. Throw in some Old vs New, Good Guys vs Bad Guys, Cutthroat...etc etc keep it fresh for 4 or 5 seasons then you can revisit theme surrounding Hatred
