In what world would Sylvia slow down Joss and Natalie/Paulie's inexperience come in to play without Marie slowing down Cara Maria or her inexperience coming into play? You can't have it both ways.
In my wishful and optimistic thinking Marie will do alright and won't slow down Cara. Sylvia will cause shes her. And Natalie/Paul will do good but not Cara Marie level of good that they'll beat them, so they'll get 2nd.

Natalie and Paulie lost the first redemption but won the second one I believe, so they came back after CT/Veronica, etc. were eliminated which was after Ashley/Hunter got there

If Cara wins, she'll tie for the record of most challenges won by girls, have the most money earned by anyone and will finally get that elite badge from im assuming most people. If Marie wins, pretty much every casual will burst in flames and it woud be a great ending to the trilogy. If Sylvia won, her underdog story would have the perfect ending and she would finally get the respect that she deserves. If Ashley won, the claims that she won by a fluke and that she would never win again, would be proven false and as an added bonus both Laurel and Nicole Z would be shook AF.
So basically as long as Ratalie is out, no matter who wins, it'll be perfect.
Even though Ashley/Hunter make the final a lot less competitive since they are quite clearly better than the others, id rather they be in the final than ratalie/paulie. And then hopefully the guys have to carry a lot more weight and Queens Cara and Marie can still win.
My theory on how the mercenaries worked were they faced a team from the house in a basic elimination where the winner stayed and the lower went to redemption. Could be wrong but that’s what I think. So maybe Ashley/Hunter beat Faith/Angela or Kam/Kayleigh.

Natalie Negrotti came into this season as one of the biggest targets since she left everyone PRESSED back in Vendettas. Paulie is a rookie and even though I hate him, he’s with Natalie so I have to root for him. These two have struggled the most this season and if they win, the entire internet will flip. I will laugh and enjoy Natalie’s deserving win
