does it really matter how many drinks youve had? If youre over the limit, youre drunk driving and not only putting yourself in harm, BUT OTHERS. At the end of the day, she shouldnt have been driving and should be grown enough to realize when shes had too much and call an uber. Theres too many resources nowadays for anyone to be drunk driving

I'm assuming once everything is proccessed it will be cheaper for her than my state (my county in particular has one of the highest fines and heftiest penalties associated with it) and hopefully it will go quicker, but this might force her to take a break and cause production to lose her number.

I'm in cook county IL,when I was done with everything I looked up fees and I would have paid way less in almost any other county besides a few in CA for what happened. Also since I didnt hurt anyone or any property I likely could have gotten it completely thrown out. Instead I paid 5k for a lawyer and a **** ton in fines but at least I didnt hurt anyone or myself. Before anyone jumps down my back for drinking and driving, I just want to let everyone know I know what I did was horrible and accepted full responsibility for my actions. I was headed down a very dark road and this was something that finally made me realize how far I had gone and what I needed to do to get my life on track.

But I'm saying there's a difference between someone who had two beers and is just barely over .08% and someone who took down 12 shots in 2 hours lol. .08% really is nothing, and I dare say that your reactions are essentially the same as being sober, but the law is the law.

There should be a twist right after elimination where the two winners get to decide who to send in right at that moment and the only people who are safe are the winners of the elimitnation. The winners of the daily challenge are not immuned.
