This show was not bad at all, it just boiled down to the fact that MTV treated it like $ H ! t ... surprisingly too because it hails from SallyAnn Salsano's 495 Productions (Jersey Shore, Party Down South, Floribama Shore).
It was doomed from the start and set up to fail:
1) Filming for this took place in January 2017 -- it didn't air until March 2018 as opposed to filming for Floribama Shore which took place in July 2017 and aired soonafter in November 2017 -- they literally placed this on the back-burner just to push out Floribama and market that as a "Shore" franchise spin-off setting it up for success over this.
2) It was announced prematurely as Shredders in August 2017 marketing it as/making it sound like a show about a group of skiers and snowboarders when in reality it was basically Real World/Jersey Shore/Floribama Shore in a snow/winter-themed setting ... only 2 or 3 of the cast out of 8 total actually skied & snowboarded.
3) The 10:30 PM air timeslot on a Tuesday night -- why so late & so random? Makes no sense to this day .
I honestly & truthfully believe had the network named it "Winter Shore" or "Party Up North" and promoted it as a spin-off of sorts it could've and most likely would've been successful (possibly even still on air).
Well this show died a quick and irrelevant death.
Better luck next time MTV.
i lowkey ****** with this show too hahah
Wait what ********
What they get for casting no black people
Any way I can see this past the first episode? Lol
