In terms of the Cara bashing Laurel kinda hit the nail on the head. She talked about how reality TV has consumed Cara and she isn't grounded in real life and thinks the show is real life when it's not. And that Jenna comment she said Cara would get mad that Jenna has so many more followers than she did and Laurel would just say "who cares". I can 100% see this and kinda get where she's coming from with Cara. Cara has kinda morphed into the persona she always wanted to be as the Challenge vet and treats the game as real life. She also said she was almost on Vendettas and will do future shows if timing is right.
I definitely think its changed Cara. I do think that Laurel is very biased though and makes it sound like its all a bad change. Cara started out on FM2 with very little confidence and with self esteem and social issues. The fact that shes now strong and confident in herself is a great change. She probably shouldnt invest so much of her life into the show but at this point, it's her career. Its how she makes a living and in ways its better than a 9-5 job.
Laurel really acted like her and Cara were never even friends in that podcast. She was struggling to even call Cara an ex-friend. I think that just shows that Laurel wants nothing to do with Cara now. She's basically backtracking their entire friendship. And if she really wasnt friends with Cara then the whole thing on Free Agents about Cara being like a sister was just fake and all the defending tweets during Bloodlines were just for likes.
I remember the comment Cara made about Jenna on his podcast. She basically said Jenna is like a cupcake, very sweet but not many layers. Basically that she never got to know anything deep about Jenna. I guess it was a mean comment but nothing for Laurel to get mad over. The likes thing is very likely exaggerated. I think almost everyone doesnt understand why Jenna is so well liked by the casuals and why she has so many followers. For Laurel to make it seem like a jealousy thing seems very petty.

Yeah i definitely agree that she's way too into it. Thats why im hoping she can get some money and finally open up the gym she always talks about. Because right now she doesnt have many other options in terms of a career.
I think the only thing i agree with Laurel is that Cara is fame hungry. I dont think theres anything wrong with it, for now. But eventually she either wont get called, or there wont be a show any more. So she needs to actually start planning for then. Agreed. It's a cool "career" to have but her along with Bananas and Camila are way too deep into it to the point where their lives revolve around it.
