I wouldn't say she flopped. She finished the final. But she definitely benefited the most from the twist, Nicole's injury and the fact that 2 females no matter what entered the 2nd half of the final.
As opposed to Zach and Cara who didn’t benefit at all from the Mercenaries having deep hatred toward the others(Kam/Tony)

I see the Mercenaries more as a dramatic effect than a real factor. I don't think they would let them influence a final outcome, cause that would be really unfair. They probably were instructed what punishment to give anyone who pick the wrong card (or whatever they were doing with them). We'll see. I know they'll talk about revenge though.

They obvi called Melissa bc MTV clearly thought up this shit last minute. They could’ve easily used Brad/Nelson/Devin and Jemmye but noooo the extra production member was used. John probably came up with the idea too
