I think Tony and Zach have become a little too comfortable from having so much power. To the point where they are just doing shit for the giggles. Like the Britni vote, it was clearly just a joke to them. And Tony and Zach were laughing in the sneak peak about essentially throwing Kams grenade back at herself.

I wouldnt put it past the interns to make that mistake. We know for sure we get 2 challenges based off the sneak peak and Jemmye and Devin both leave together. Brad and Nelson are eliminated after the location change. And based off the synopsis of the next episode, the location change has already happened after this next episode.
