My guess is Kam uses her grenade on Cara. I don't see her using it on anyone else as she already used one on Cara. Doesn't make sense for her to make another enemy. I see Brad using it on Tony and Zack. But he might go for money and not for hurting their game.

No they can't. Makes sense for Kam to take Nicole's money. She would have the most for the girls and voted her into her first elimination.

They've never gone over 3 installments of a theme, so I'm not sure they'll do another Rivals. Knowing them, they'd just repackage it with a different name, though, I guess. But either way, as others have said a Laurel/Cara team would make the season super boring unless they had another super strong female pair to compete against them - and even then, I can't think of a realistic possibility that would even be competition.
