Yes. I would. If I know what happens in the event of a tie, I can then plan on whether or not I want it to be a tie. If TJ said "in the event of a tie, the Troika decides" then Kam would be like "**** that", but if TJ says that someone else decides, then it might allow her to vote Jemmye instead of Marie. I just feel like these questions are never asked BEFOREHAND. The Champs vs. Stars could have found that out by asking instead of finding out the hard way.
