I'd welcome Amanda back but I thought she was overhyped on Invasion. I didn't watch Rivals 3 so I can't speak for that but she wasn't the icon you're making her out to be.
The only real thing Amanda really did on the show is fight Camilla. That's it. That's all she was good for and now that that ***** is gone from the show there's no reason for Amanda to come back. Point blank

Amanda is one of the cast mates who will be the topic of discussion on every thread, she left an everlasting impact on her short stay. She deserves a novel peace prize for selflessly letting Ashley win the elimination, preventing Camila to win 2 back to back Challenges.
