I miss when it was just a simple daily mission then elimination where one guy and one girl went home. A regular final with at least one male and one female winner (Actually I miss team challenges with multiple winners TBH).
Now they're being so extra just to make things interesting. But honestly, don't they trust their show enough to attract viewers to tune in even with just a basic format?
No one trusts their show formats to keep viewers interested, every reality tv show competition is filled with twists nowadaysits been proven to = ratings so it’s what they all do now
even with all of the twists the challenge rating stays the same.

As much as i dislike a lot of the twists, they have also made a lot of good changes over the last few seasons and are trying to evolve the show and not just do the same format over and over again (rivals, exes etc). I also love that they have been pumping out the seasons back to back. Overall i still have enjoyed Invasion and Dirty 30 more than rivals, exes and bloodlines. Prior to Invasion, Free Agents was the best season/format since BOTS so i'm happy they have gone down the route.

If the first stage was pairs (ie. Nicole/Tony) and from then on it's individual, i will accept that. Still better than doing the majority of the final in pairs even if it means we only get one winner.

If the final’s in pairs then it’s Nicole/Tony, Kam/Leroy, Kailah/Zach and Cara/Kyle.
I just don’t see how they evened up the events so that they could get a fair Female and Male equivalent time
