Its been done before but only because they never pulled a double-cross and been forced into elim. Johnny, right? So if she's doing it another way, that's definitely impressive.

Not necessarily.If it was the heavy hitter elimination( I heard it was) then it can be possible that both guys that went against them won and got to stay.But once again this is not confirmed by any means. This elimination just happened a few hours ago.
