The problem is Bananas is usually one of the best guys there and is usually aligned with the other strongest players. Most of the time any alliance (Young bucks for example) go after him, Bananas and anyone else in his alliance will most likely come back from elimination. Also Bananas or his alliance always win daily comps so they always have power. This is also why I don't blame people like Tony/Dario for aligning with him because it's almost gaurenteed you'll make it at least halfway. Then you can think about making power moves once you know you're time is almost up.I do think Nelson w***tupid not putting Bananas in on Dirty 30 seeing how his alliance was already being gunned for but if I was a rookie and there were others with a bigger target I would wait for the right time.
I don't mean to rant but I see people hating on Cory for targeting John and his alliance early and everyone keeps saying it's smart to kiss his *** halfway then turn on him. How do you know you'll have the power to turn on him during the halfway point? The longer John is in the game, the easier it is for him to win. I do admit Cory should have shut his mouth but to say Tony & Dario are smart for aligining with him is dumb. Who cares about making it far? It's about winning and making big moves. Sucking John's **** for half the season then ***uming you have the power to get rid of him in the end is a huge risk. Cory had nothing to lose these past few seasons which is why he left quite early, he knew that you don't need to work with John to win or make it far. Cory said in an interview that "everyone is afraid to put him up but they don't realize that he's easily beatable". John is really overrated, I mean he's a great competitior but his politics is all based on production casting his 10 favorite minions, anyone with all their friends back to back will own it with politics. John isn't even that great at eliminations. He's easy to take out. I don't understand why everyone feels the need to say "Kiss his *** for the first half then during the second half you cut him off" why in the world would you want to earn the guy's trust? The guy has no problem turning on any of his allies, literally every single person in his alliances has been screwed by him (except Kenny & Evan) or he somehow sacrifised his friends like he did to Leroy on Exes 2. Sure on some seasons his allies betrayed him as we saw on Exes 2 with Sarah and Bloodlines with Cory but let's not act like that's the only way to beat him. I have no respect for anybody who kisses John's ***, it's not a strategy it's "***** shit". And you can't even say he's aligned with the strongest players because everyone in his alliance has flopped at least once or twice. If all these guys want to win they have to play dirty and get him out, we seen him get eliminated early a few times. We saw him come short, we saw him lose many eliminations. He is beatable yall!!!
