There's a difference between being permanently cemented up someone's ***(*cough* Leroy) and thinking logically for the betterment of your own game.
You'd be a God damn fool to ever target Bananas week 2, but if it's getting mid-game or last couple days that's your chance to stab him in the back. You need the right people who can eliminate him, allies on your side, and winner's power.
If you want to eliminate John, you have to wait for the right moment to do it ( Sarah on exes 2 ! ) or pray that the format throw him into elimination ( Invasion). Coming first week saying out loud that you're against him is suicide, a proof of huge stupidy and a garanty you'll never go far in this competition

Lets break this down real quick. There's multiple reasons why you don't send him into every elimination. Johnny can be used as an ***et to get yourself further in the game. For most of his allies it makes perfect sense to stick with him. If you want to take him out you don't send him in against Devin lmao. That's just asking for him to come back and take you out. The only way it makes sense for you to go after him everytime is if you're in Wes' position. Sarah and even Cory on bloodlines played the game perfectly against Johnny. That's how you take him out if you're his ally.

The problem is Bananas is usually one of the best guys there and is usually aligned with the other strongest players. Most of the time any alliance (Young bucks for example) go after him, Bananas and anyone else in his alliance will most likely come back from elimination. Also Bananas or his alliance always win daily comps so they always have power. This is also why I don't blame people like Tony/Dario for aligning with him because it's almost gaurenteed you'll make it at least halfway. Then you can think about making power moves once you know you're time is almost up.
I do think Nelson was stupid not putting Bananas in on Dirty 30 seeing how his alliance was already being gunned for but if I was a rookie and there were others with a bigger target I would wait for the right time.
I think it's about time Abram & Cohutta make their way back onto the show.
But what is Abram without Cara on there tbh? I mean it be okay but I wanna see Abram draaaaaagggg Cara. But a lot of people need to make their way back.

Depends on the nature of the situaiton--What's the motivation, who's the aggressor, and what's the context.
