If they do have some of them secluded in a hotel are they allowed to talk to one another or is it like Big Brother when they are kept seperate before entering the house?

I doubt they were seperated at random so figuring out whos where will probably tell you the theme and the pairs or teams if teams of 4 is still what we're looking at. A Guy/Girl pair from BB and Ex On The Beach on each side if that list is accurate.
I don't get the logic of brining in exes/rivals halfway in when people are getting eliminated. Like lets say Kailah is CM's rival but CM gets eliminated....then Kailah just goes home too (without ever playing)? SO technically maybe Susie is right that they are all 'alternates'. <speculation if this is the actual twist>
I also think maybe some people got the phone (or at least insta/twitter access - which can be from any IPAD production would have) to tweet about Dirty 30. I feel like most of Veronica's activity is about that - other activity would be the instagram of her dog (similar posts while she was away on XXX) or political retweets (also similar to while she was away on XXX).

im thinking if they are bringing them in they are pairs and not alternates they would just do it like right before the first elimination and then start a daily challenge
let them politic a bit after getting comfortable and just throw them off right when they think its safe
Maybe they are loosening the phone policies a bit I can see derrick k and other dad's doing that in order to have a better chance to talk with kid...also with other shows coming in they could have requested that as a stipulation...and others may of cried foul and got it built in as well...and now we are seeing some contestants abuse it kinda like a lax cell phone policy at work some employees no the limits some abuse the policy

so looks like corey B, kelly anne and rogan guy all have pictures/stories of the beach area like they are in vacay mode , i havent seen much of the others and the ones that do post/have activity they have it on the challenge stuff which could have been from the friends posting for them. Thats the only pattern I see
