Thats not a valid indication of someone's atheletic ability so try again. As someone who actually does yoga... if it's your first few times it's definitely gonna be hard especially based on your instructor but that doesn't mean you're unathletic since yoga is a different from of athleticism that really isn't used on the Challenge as much compared to size, endurance, and physical strength. I think size wise she could take a lot******* out like Queen Nia but daily challenge wise she may struggle given the type of challenges.
