Actually, it would be smart. I don't care if Camila finished 12 hours before Cara. Edit the **** out of this shit and make Cara/Derrick the winners. I'm pretty sure MTV is smart enough to protect themselves through the contract the castmembers sign. It basically says the show is entertainment, so they're allowed to edit it creatively. I remember somebody posted it online a few years ago and it literally said they weren't liable for injury or death. I'm pretty sure they're not liable for changing the rules last minute and switching the winners because it's not a game show.
Pretty sure there are gameshow laws for preventing situations like this, if not wonderboy CT would have won rivals 1 and Diem would most deffinitly have won exes atleast.
