WHY on earth are they alternates? Who the **** are better then them, honestly what the ****.

They clearly also don't care about ratings/popularity that much if Madison is an alternate. Shows IMO that its a lot of personal decisions going on in that boardroom moreso than anything to do with "elevating" the show.
