Is this the first season that multiple stories have been picked up and ran on E News, Entertainment Weekly, etc? I know they ran the Madison / Javi thing but I dont recall them doing so much press about the challenge.

I think that's pretty sad. As Coral said, they were joined at the hip for awhile. You couldn't separate them! I assumed that something happened where Veronica cheated on Rachel with a guy. I don't know. I could just picture something like that happening.
I remember wayyyyyyy back Tonya on a podcast when Inferno 2 was airing saying that Veronica and Rachel are gay, that they would get in bed when the lights would go out and hook up while she was in the room. And that she thought it was sad they were hiding their love for each other. People didn't take it seriously though because it was Tonya, she obviously had many problems with them on that challenge, and she was known to be crazy and a liar at that time, but looking back, she wasn't lying at all!
Yeah Veronica seems very shy when it comes to the whole being ******** thing... which sucks because she's a beautiful girl and she should own it. However I think there is more to the Rachel thing than we know about. It's clearly a sour spot for Veronica...
