I don't know why everyone all of a sudden has an issue with Cara & Camilla acknowledging their heirarchy. That's been the history of this show. If the show is still around in a few years, Kailah & Jenna will be doing the same thing as the women with the most tenure on the show.The challenge is like HS. Right niw Cara & Camilla are finally seniors. Kailah is the new freshmen who has to deal with the BS. Eventually she'll be the senior dealing with the new hot young chick on the block.
I don't think it's sudden, I remember every had a problem with it with Paula, Veronica, Robin, Katie, JEK, and many more... It's one of the hidden storylines in every season. (not so hidden now)

Honestly I can't stand******* like her. The absolute worst kind of people. I always was annoyed by the whole trailer trash thing folks say but the girl is truly nasty to me. She's good TV but I would never associate myself with someone as fake and suspect as her.
