There's probably a 10% chance that Ammo would have beaten Bananas in that elimination. 10 might be generous. If I was in Nelson's position, I would not take the risk of becoming the main target for such a low chance that Bananas gets sent home. In the end, he ended up taking out one of Bananas' pawns in the game, which is a plus. It was the right move.
Basically, if it was basically any other male competitor not named Ammo, voting Bananas in would be worth it because there's a more realistic chance that he goes home.
again..... so don't vote ammo in as the scapegoat when bananas and his cult take up more than half of the bottom guys

His main or at least second main target. He was gunning during the tomato thing and I wouldn't even be surprised if having to choose between putting in Cory or Nelson he would put in Nelson because he's a bigger threat. Either way Bananas and co are coming for Nelson eventually.

If they wanted to be smart about it. What they should've did was vote in Backpack than hope Nelson or Ammo pulled the Double Cross and put in Jordan/Derrick K/Tony against him but that was risky
