Sadly, I don't think they care. They knew the state CT was in before Duel 2 and they still cast him. That resulted in him actually trying to kill someone. They knew the state Tonya was in around The Ruins and everybody with a brain saw that she absolutely should not have been on reality tv. Same goes for Robin on Exes 2. She should have never been cast, she needed a shrink. They will keep casting unstable people and present them as entertainment until something tragic really happens.

With Gio there is something that makes me think he's playing a role. In all his IG Live's I've seen of him he's been cool as a cucumber. Just being shirtless listening/promoting his music and just talking to the fans. I've only ever seen him flip out on the show's he's been on. Even his twitter seems decent too.

Unfortunatly this argument is very thin though given BMP and MTV's history, because production have showed many times that they don't care about this at all.CT was in the final stage of casting on the Ruins after the Duel 2, but the cast heard of it and threatened to decline last minute. Later, he got used on Rivals 1 as a "ticking time bomb".Nia got cast after her big fight with Averey. Abram has been cast many times as this "crazy dude". Kenny and Even got cast even after the fact that they knew what was done to Tonya on the Ruins and unfortunatly Gio himself was almost cast this season and was cast on MTV Second Chances. Production is all about changing and overcoming your challenges.It's true though, Ammo should have been the last one being questioned to be cast on Dirty 30. He fits the theme perfectly.

A lot of castmembers eagerly let him screw them on the show too, I think that's more of a testament to how dumb they are than how good Johnny is. I agree that the show must bring out the worst in everyone, though.
