Idiotic? Being a reality star is not a job. If they don't plan their future, what do you think happens then?Anyway, the problem is not doing a lot of seasons, it's doing a lot of them in a row... Taking a break is a good thing for their image and lets the public miss them. And even for their own physical health.
again they make more on the challenge than they would in a "real job" but yeah by all means they should go be bartenders and personal trainers and make less money just because fans get tired of seeing them. Which they aren't even, casuals love anyone on 6 or more. In case you haven't noticed
They don't all make a lot. They aren't ALL making $50k+ appearance fees. That's a lie.
Its more casting should not invite the same 5 people every show like you cant do more than 3 in a row. I see why the cast say yes but they shouldnt all be invited every season .. than new people would emerge

A lot of 'reality stars' are now broke because they thought the same way. Some are smart, others aren't. You make it sound like they make 10 million each episode lol 100k-200k doesn't last forever.I noticed the ratings aren't that great. So it's not like CT can save the day and bring viewers.
and lol at CT not bringing in viewers, casuals are obsessed with him, to them CT is the challenge. CT makes a lot of money for showing up, then he'll most likely make a final and win more money, he has zero reason to retire. If anything having a kid is what brought him back
I'm almost certain this season would still get ratings without him.
A lot of the reason the ratings are up is the feature of older faces. Many people on social media said they didn't even know The Challenge was still on but after seeing promos with Derrick, Darrel and Veronica they decided to watch the premiere.
Two people pled I spoke to personally said they watched for those 3 also after not watching for over a decade

It's dumb. As long as MTV is willing to pay them, why not do it? It's like when people say older athletes should retire (like Brett Favre). If someone is willing to pay you to play a game, why would you stop?
Even when he was on a season , he wasn't shown a lot. The last time he had a major storyline season, was rival2. It seems though he is coming to play this season.
provschamps: wes' show
invasion: only in the final he showed up, cory/nelson show

Pains me to say it, but if you talk about the rr old schoolers then i highly doubt it. I am sorry but MTV is definitely not using these three to promote this season. It's the usual suspects who they are using. The key to the ratings being this high (in MTV standards) is because MTV is (finally) pushing the challenge as a whole and does promos/interviews/specials all over the place.
Also CT has a rather successful "real" job in Florida. (something about house flipping) He is probably the one that has the best ability to forget about the challenge and minding his own business once filming is done and only talks about it to promote when its airing, but outside of this he keeps living his life and doesn't associate himself with MTV that much or using MTV to further his brand which is why I don't mind him getting cast as others who think they are a-list celebs.

Yeah he seems to be doing well. From his mouth:
"I’m a real estate investor in Fort Myers, Fl. [...] I do everything from rentals, to flips, to certificates … got it going on."
I do understand where the "im tired of johnny bananas" comes from, the guy is obnoxious and thinks he is the star of the show, therefore he tries to have the spotlight everytime.
But not sure why ppl keep complaining on why ct keeps doing this things, he stopped being the main storyline since exes 2, he really doesnt care about the ppl on the show and only fights back when ppl come after him, he doesnt get involve on lame social drama, he doesnt try hard to be on the spotlight, and besides he is willing to give the rookies a chance on having their moment like the pep talk he gave to ashley last season, I mean CT knows he is the star of the show, yet he doesnt care.
With people like CT, Bananas, Cory, Cara and Camila, you know what you are gonna get so in that sense it's boring. However, there is also a sense of reliability with what they can bring if the rest of the cast is extremely boring. They just need to find people that can be entertaining, unpredictable and competitive challengers that can create a following much like Bananas and others that are on every season. They should do a new Fresh Meat. That produced some amazing competitors
When this episode airs someone needs to make a gif of Aneesa blasting Jenna into the wall.
I was honestly gone at the preview. You LITERALLY could see Jenna was about to try her hardest to put some force into her shoulders as she was gonna bump into Aneesa

Queen Sarah Oliver (From Bad Girls Club 11) did a review for this season so far. But she likes trashes: Cory, Jenna, Bananas, and Camila smh. She does love her some Queen Nicole Ramos though

bloodlines: cameo, cory and abe' show
exes2: pulled because of idem; wes show
free agent: stayed low; jordan and bananas show
Tbh Veronica is a rating raiser as well. My mom said she's only watching until V gets eliminated.
