On her Twitter Cara seemed to be sarcastic when she said "thanks I'm contacting my lawyer now". She acknowledged that MTV owned that footage not her. lol. Relax.

and she said: " MTV owns that footage, not me. If she's using MTV's footage in order to make money, they can sue her or have it taken down." So how is she threatening to sue Kailah when she says only MTV can do that?
And then she said when someone brought up someone called ChallengeMTV (not Kailah) "contacting my lawyer thanks for bringing this to my attention". To me it seemed clear she was being totally sarcastic, but I do think her general bitterness over whatever happened with Kailah on the challenge is ridiculous. Get over it already.

I liked Knight... he was an ******* but he was also a sweetheart at times. a lot of the cast said he had a big heart... and I liked Jemmye because of Knight. Jemmye changed a lot and becomes faker every time she appears.
