Haha yes☝️☝️☝️☝️But I guess "we" matter more than her 250 k followers
Wasnt it confirmed she bought followers lol? And besides that I think it's mainly casuals that follow her + spam accounts + people who just think she's simply pretty and like her pics + then MTV cast members.
Ppl on here assumed she bought followers because they hate her.
But her like ratio and followers add up doubt she is buying that for every single of her posts. She gets more likes/views in her stuff than xt, bananas, Camila, cara, etc.
Jenna isn't that bad tbh I think production just likes her because she's neutral and you need to have that type of energy in a house full of crazies not every girl can be loud, in your face, & batshit crazy and it looks like she doesn't try to **** up her social game which you can't blame her for. But I do agree with her taking a break for a season or 2. There's other competitors I rather see.
I mean you have to think though SM wasn't around during the Golden era. Even the last time Veronica and Derrick appeared back in 2009 & 2010 Twitter and IG were just starting to gain traction.
To be fair, I'm sure some Vevmo favorites would have more followers if they did 5 seasons in a row, or did 10 total like Camila and Cara.
like who aneesa? How many has v done? How many has everyone with very little followers done? Probably more then 5
Sure, Aneesa may not have an impressive amount of followers for having done this show for over 10 years, but bringing up Veronica as an argument is just idiotic on your part. Veronica was a challenge regular when social media was non-existent. Her last appearance prior to Dirty 30 was all the way back in 2009. Would you honestly expect someone to have a large following when their time on a show was before social media became the norm? C’mon now...

So in your idiotic theory always a mess nobody who was on a show that long ago has a lot of followers? V has twitter fingers and it's still not working. V doesn't have followers because she is mean, a bully and irrelevant to most situations. Sorry to all the v fans but it's true

No you missed the point. AlwaysAMess was saying that when V was a regular on the show, social media was nonexistent. Whereas Jenna debuted on the show when SM was heavily used. SM doesn't play a factor b/c both appeared in very different eras of the show.

Lol not looking I promise. JuSt like to argue when I can't sleep. But to prove a point Paula has like 95k and kenny has over 100 k followers on just twitter and it's been awhile for them too. Some people stay relevant and some don't, whether they are queens or not

Comparing someone doing reality tv for exposure in the 2000s to now in today’s time is just stupid. What aren’t you understanding about this? Even someone irrelevant like Dario has more instagram followers than Veronica because he’s currently doing the show where its exposure relates to social media following. Also, you can call Veronica whatever you want, but irrelevant isn’t one of them. During the golden era, she was one of the most relevant cast members of this franchise.
ANYWAY, I hope this first episode isn’t boring. I have a feeling we won’t even get to the first daily mission...a reality competition that’s slow paced isn’t enjoyable on a weekly basis, but rather for someone binge watching the entire season on Netflix.
Anyway the golden era is over is my point. Not saying v or any of the golden era people aren't queens of their time just saying the viewers have changed. They respond better to the newer people whether they love them or hate them. Times have definitely changed with social media but the ones with all the followers are most of the hated ones on here.

I think we'll get the Ashley M meltdown, the mission, and we'll get to see the first 6 leave. But that's just me being hopeful lol.

Now that would be a pleasant premiere, but since this episode is only an hour, I feel like they’ll edit in a bunch of useless crap to kill time and end the episode right as Ashley has her meltdown. If they made it 90 minutes, they could edit it to end the episode as a cliffhanger with Cory and Jenna contemplating who they’re gonna save out of the bottom 4.
There was a time Veronica was a household name, not a big one, but she was known. The challenge got WAY better ratings back in the day. I was at a house party recently and we were talking about embarassing/guilty pleasure shows and mine was the challenge. After most people got over their surpise that it was indeed still on the air, I told them Veronica was coming back and the whole group knew exactly who I was talking about. Late Gen-Xers and early Millenials have a good chance of knowing her, Mike, Coral, Tonya, CT & Beth. Also, if you notice on the wikipedia page for Dirty Thirty Veronica is the only cast member with her own page. Not even Bananas and Camila have that. That says something. I also remember hearing that some of the pros on CVP had no idea who Bananas & Camila were but knew CT, Darrell & Veronica right away.

Ugh, I'm already disgusted at the thought
I see long as introductions and basically the launch special
From what i was told it will be a long drawn out season. Lots of specials, possibly after shows and they were all told the more chatter they can creAte about the show the more extras they will get. You may even see a lot of redemption time. But yes I def think Ashley's meltdown will be first episode unless they drag that out also since she brings in good ratings
Jemmye liked a comment on IG under a pic talking about Brit and Tori coming in as friends but one wasnt loyal. The comment said "well one of them ditched the other for two annoying people" #shade

One doesn't have to be crazy or dramatic to be noteworthy. You can just be funny or have good one liners. Like Devyn for Example. But that's in my opinion.
she tries too hard. And is an extremely terrible competitor. But everybody likes different things about people
I'm not a Jenna stan, but to say she's a terrible competitor is not true. She's actually pretty decent. She sucks at puzzles, but she's not bad. She went into all her eliminations on bloodlines and won and her and Brianna were even ahead of everyone at the beginning of the final. She didn't do terribly in invasion either. I'm not saying she's great or that she'd ever win, but she's certainly not terrible.
My mind is blown that they replaced Ashley with Brianna. Did anyone ever want her back? Averey would've made a lot more sense....
The amount of times production has done that girl dirty makes me so sad. She could've been the next Nany in terms of popularity but nooooooo production didn't give her Nelson as a replacement and didn't cast her when she easily could've made the oasis last season ugh but alas I digress
I don't hate Jenna but I think she needs a break along with Cory and tony just so we can get the chance to miss them instead of being overplayed which is what's getting annoying about them. She's a solid competitor but has zero drive which is what really makes me be relatively neutral about her. She's definitely pretty and I follow her on SM since I follow a bunch of Challenge people (plus I went to a college in NY where a bunch of people are from Long Island and I'm around Jenna's age, I guess I was bound to have a few mutual connections with her). The cast usually likes her from what I've seen since she looks like a fun girl to party with

Our friend Liz Vazquez posted that Tori and Brittany went in as friends but aren't anymore

That makes me smile.
Wasn't kenny's last challenge the one with v when tonya slapped her?

lol at thinking anyone today is as well know as Coral and Veronica were in their day. Social media determines relevance. Hahaha
