Yeah I HIGHLY doubt that at this point in the show, they'd have a twist like "Okay so you two people get to just pick anyone to go home," especially when we don't even know the context of WHY they were given this option. Cara was not saved by the redemption twist because she wouldn't have been in that position unless it existed in the first place.
