I unfortunately was too much of a heavy drinker starting around 18 and I had more scenarios then I care to admit where I realized I had *** the night before with someone I wouldn't have otherwise. But never once did I claim assault as I knew I had probably been a part of the initiation n while drunk.

No one on production who WATCHED and FILMED this would have let this "expensive shit" continue to film if any part of them felt like there were sexual misconduct or assault because they all know they would be in DEEP legal shit and lose their careers. There is a reason Demario is begging for the footage to be released...because he saw it and knows she was lucid and aware and that he was NOT assaulting her.
The Bachelor production did not shut this down...it was the people above them who did not see the footage. Of course whether it is baseless or not if a cute super rich PRIVILEGED white girls claims she was assaulted...they are shutting that shit down quick to investigate. Once again you clearly have no idea how this works. My undergrad is in broadcast production and I had to take a law and ethics class on this shit at UGA, I know what I am talking about.
People are saying she is doing it for money and fame, 2 things she doesn't need. Plus she won't be on any abc affiliated shows ever again so that's what makes me think she isn't lying. I don't see her backing down since she has the funds to fight a long legal battle
