If we are going to be honest Rivals II was the perfect send off for him. It completed the redemption storyline of CT being a changed man. He returned in Rivals and proved he was chaned by working with his long time enemy Adam, came very close to winning Exes with Diem, and in the process concluding the CT & Diem storyline. And the last thing he needed on that bucketlist was the win, which he finally got by beating Bananas in Rivals II.

I don't think so. I think it was perfect with Invasion. We saw him completely changed, with a son, still honoring Diem, and getting an individual win... It all felt right even though I think they didn't touch on it enough at the reunion. Would've been a nice farewell.

IF (Big IF) CT wins then John and him changed roles over the last few challenges it seems. Around Rivals 1/Exes 1, CT was the main face of the entire franchise, but John was more successful. Now John is the face of the franchise, but CT looks to be more successful. And IF he wins, he would be the only person in the entire franchise to win two individual challenge seasons (mind that he would win both in a row).The question remains what PinkRose meant with her comment about CT and his showing this season....
I want CT or Derrick to win. CT will be cemented as GOAT if he wins this. Outlasting Bananas, Darrell & Derrick that's #1 status. Plus he outlasted Bananas and took out Darrell last season. And he's out of shape.
