Lisa hasn't done much honestly. All she's done is cast old-schoolers. We still have to put up with the overused vets who refused to leave the show.
can't blame her though. those vets are the ones bringing in the ratings and the viewers. they have to include them in the franchise.. what lisa is doing is combining old vets with new people who has potential to replace the vets (once the viewers get used to seeing them as well)
