So the ones confirmed in the lock thread are usually put there once they have proof they're back in the country. The speculated people to be out but aren't on the lock thread are probably the ones on exile. Like Cory, and like 3-4girls could be there.

That girl next to Tori in this is definitely Camila because in the first pic she was talking to Cara and it's pretty clear it's Camila.
