While I dont think it is coincidence, it isn't necessarily for the theme. MTV might have told Bunim Murray you need at least 10 AYTO cast members. And Bunim Murray decided not to bring anymore than that. Theme makes perfect sense, but other reasonings could be there as well.
Could be Cut Throat 2 with a draft? Duel 3? Free Agents II? Could be Old vs New vs AYTO I guess. I'll brainstorm more later maybe.
