Exactly, and since you're playing as a team, the first vote always usually goes to the weakest link. She can prove herself in the elimination. If she wins, good. If she doesn't, there's always next time.

I agree. Plus maybe he was nervous that if he voted Kailah or Jenna in they would come back and go after him because they are solid and could have a chance to vote him in the way he and Ashley did.

Hard to prove much when you sat out for a majority of the challenges unlike Sylvia. I don't think Sylvia would have beaten Marie and I think Kailah would have beaten Sylvia in the stairs elimination but thats just my opinion. I love Sylvia but I think Kailah is a better competitor and so does most of the cast.
Edit: Actually not sure about the Marie elimination. I think Sylvia would have roughed her up more than Kailah did though.
Well she competed in one mission where Sylvia did and Sylvia beat her and the second competition everyone sucked literally everyone so that doesn't count and comp 3 I thought she was smart save that energy for elimination toya was gassed out at the challenge and elimination where Sylvia wasn't and we both know who comes out of elimination so saying kailah is good is not true

It's hard for me to count the first challenge because Sylvia was in the bigger alliance which helped and also it seemed like picking the right rope was pure luck. I forgot who it was but someone said they were one of the first ones there but because of the rope they chose they almost came in last. But I give her props there. Sure we won't count the second challenge but the third she bombed. Makes no sense to save you're energy when you can just beat 2 other girls and not have to go into elimination. Again I love Sylvia but even the cast thinks she's weak. Kailah isn't a beast but I think she's better than Sylvia.

He assumed Kailah beating Marie was a sign of strength, and he assumed that her getting tickets ahead of Sylvia was a sign of strength.
Also, Sylvia shit the bed with the cage challenge, and since latoya performed better there, they assumed Latoya would be Sylvia in the elimination. They also equated Sylvia's challenge performance and getting tickets last as a sign of weeakness.
All valid ways to rationalizing who is strong and who is not. So I can't fault Dario for that. Amanda and Jenna have been on challenges before, and NIcole got the first ticket to the Oasis, all signs that can attributed to a better player. Obviously not that black and white, but I just think that's how Dario's train of thought might of been. I may be wrong.

TBH I didn't consider her much on her Real World season but Sylvia is looking very attractive on this challenge.
