But i mean Tony did slam Shane to the wall with full force. and y'all do know in real life that there have been people arrested for stupid things like that, pushing and shoving, and been charged with assualt? I mean Robin from San Diego is a perfect example. so in a TECHNICAL sense yes Tony did assault Shane :)

Assault is a phsyical attack on someone, so by Tony shoving Shane against the wall was assault by definition. So Debut is it the right.
