I like Mike from an tv factor standpoint and whether you like him or not (Not being the majority), but there shouldn't be a question why Mike is probably top 3 in people that should be asked to be on the Challenge from the recent real worlds and combining it with AYTO being cast, he has a lot of ties and problems with several people (from AYTO, from Bad Bloods, from other rw seasons), he is definitely not a wall paper. He is a mess (Bad Blood and beyond like the Tori "deal"), he was a mess (Are you the one), he likes to poke people when he shouldn't and he is somebody who isn't really able to take it. Great critierias for the Challenge and I don't think Mike really needs to make sure he gets cast, he will be unless production has a problem with him for that he gave enough already.

He just made fun of her tat, blame her season for the ratings which is not accurate, made fun of her for hooking up with Dione, made fun of her being a suicide girl and stated that she was only the hot girl from her season which is not saying much because the other 3 girls weren't attractive.

Well, Theo was number 1 from his season that should have been cast. About Mike, we should wait for the next episode about this, since by the previews he said something racists that maybe shouldn't have given him the opportunity to participate on a challenge this early.
