Can someone please answer me why they have done only 10 episodes since season 13? I understand the reason season 14 was 10 episodes bc it was boring after jela and the twins lol but season 15 was popping lol. Will season 16 have 10 episodes again too?

The only thing that specific clip showed was Kailie swinging on Winter. Until there is more footage of that specific fight you can't assume Kailie was being bullied. The whole house including Kailie didn't like Winter for being the last girl entering after partying with her friends so who's to say that fight wasn't because of that.
