Looking at the amount of champions, I think that theme can be around that. I dont see any reason of Sam being tested if it isnt for the theme. It also would make sense why someone like Zanatta is highly speculated, since she can be a strong rookie girl that can give this girls a run for their money.

Pairs of a champion with a challenger. I heard something like this when calls went out but rookies with vets ******* island style.
Mtv referred to her as " local girl " when she came out on Las Vegas season 2. They won't even recognize her as part of the challenge when she's a champion **** no way they still calling her / will bring her back.
If we had Ruins 2 with the female Champions led by Laurel, CM, and Camila, and the female Challengers led by Nia, KellyAnne, Marie, and Averey... Holy.
If it is the Ruins 2 or champions related that be sick. We will def. see some old faces returning for the male side. All the recent male champions are done with the show or not going.

This could mean the return of Kenny and Evan it has been years of being banned and punishment. Maybe they bring them back to fill out a champions team.
Champions that are left. I can see them getting Derrick K. Which would be awesome. Possibly CT or mark. Mark would come back if they wanted. Too bad Abram declined. But honestly it makes sense now that Jaimie is an alternate. Just in case they can't fill the champions team
An interesting twist to the 3 team format (challengers vs champions vs rookies) is to break them up and do a Cutthroat type of draft. That way the 3 teams will be balanced out.
